Report a problem
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Contact & support → Report a problem. This opens an email with the app version and iOS version filled in – no account details are added. Or write to us directly.
Helpful to include:
- what you did and what happened (or didn't happen),
- the app version and iOS version (Settings → About in the app),
- a screenshot, if it helps – please cover other people's personal data,
- your OutfitReel username, if the problem is about your account.
Please never send your password.
Report content
To report a post or an account, open it in the app, tap the … button and choose Report post or Report account. Pick a reason, add details and confirm. Reports go to our moderators; a reported post is hidden for you right away. You can also block a creator from the same menu.
To report illegal content by email, write to [email protected] with the link to the post or profile (e.g. outfitreel.pro/p/… or outfitreel.pro/@username), why you think it is illegal and how we can reach you.
